Being There

Saturday, February 1st, was a beautiful sunny day that turned into a crisp clear evening for Louisiana Premier Night at Delta Downs. The evening held a race card which was exclusively for accredited Louisiana Breds, including ten stakes run from 5 furlongs to a mile and a sixteenth, for a total of $895,000 in stakes purses. While it is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, we hope that the following will give the reader the feeling of being there!
