Good Times at Louisiana Champions Day Gala

Louisiana Champions Day brings out the best Louisiana Bred runners each December to compete for a total of $750,000 in purses across 7 stakes races on the New Orleans Fair Grounds oval. The Gala which is held night before however is about fun and camaraderie. This year the Gala returned to the Fair Grounds clubhouse on Friday, December 13, 2024. Guests dressed for the occasion and enjoyed fine food, beverages and music by Rick Mocklin and the Southern Voice Band.
